Welcome,
to 'The Eastbourne Clinic'
The
Eastbourne Clinic is a leading UK independent provider of
specialist Mental Health Services. Our reputation for high
quality care and first class treatment has led to widespread
recognition, with many of our patients coming to stay at
the Clinic from all parts of the world.
Within
easy reach of London by train, we enjoy all the tranquillity
of the Sussex countryside. The clinic is located in a quiet
residential part of Eastbourne, only a few yards from the
stunning Sussex coast.
The
Clinic, which is situated in a converted 19th Century Vicarage,
offers you the most up-to-date treatment and conditions.
It retains all the charm and elegance of a bygone age and
affords a calming atmosphere, conducive to recovery.
One
of the key elements of our success is the dedication and
commitment of the whole team, who go to great lengths to
ensure our patients are really looked after. Our family
friendly ethos, the warmth and homely atmosphere we aim
to create, is very welcome and sets us apart from other
mental health establishments. Incorporated into the Eastbourne
Clinic we also have exceptional specialist units.
These
Include
A
Leading Eating Disorder Unit - Encompassing day centre and
inpatient facilities.
A
Dedicated Mother & Baby Unit - To Treat a wide range
of post natal disorders.
Day
Centre facilities - Which provide extensive support, care
and therapy on an outpatient basis
Our
Approach
We believe
that patient care comes first. Our team pride themselves
on offering you the highest professional standards. We aim
to make our patients' stay at the Clinic as comfortable
and as pleasant as possible and we seek to restore full
health and well-being as quickly as possible.
Every
patient will receive a treatment care plan tailored to his
or her individual needs and be under the care of a Consultant
Psychiatrist. Each day patients will be allocated a key
worker, who will be responsible for co-ordinating their
care. Our team of doctors, nurses and therapists work together
in a multi disciplinary manner and believe that patient
participation in treatment planning is vital if they are
to take an active role in their own recovery process.
Fundamental
to our care is the belief in a holistic approach, where
complementary therapies are offered, alongside more traditional
and progressive treatment regimes. We believe that balance
and harmony is the key to good health and that all aspects
of a patient's life need to be considered for optimum well-being.
